The most important part of learning any sport, is understanding its fundamentals. Crossfit is no different. With our Foundations Programs, we lay the groundwork for your success. The Foundations Program involves 1-on-1 sessions with an experienced coach, where prospective members will learn the basics of Crossfit. Alongside the Foundations 1-on-1’s, new members receive a 1 month Unlimited Membership. As is the case with everything in Crossfit, once new members are ready for regular classes, each of the movements that show up on a daily basis can be adjusted to that person’s abilities.With the 2 private sessions, new members will be taught the fundamentals of the basic movements performed in Crossfit, along with the day-to-day structure of classes at Onside Performance Centre.
